Orders and Payments
If your item comes in different sizes or colors, please carefully select the correct size or color options before clicking “Add to Cart”. You will then be directed to our shopping cart page where you can review your items and proceed to enter your shipping address to process your order.
We currently accept PayPal as our payment method and major credit cards through PayPal.
All our transactions are based in US dollars. If your credit card uses a different currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate at the time of transaction by your issuing bank.
Please contact us so that we can update your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot modify your order. Therefore, please ensure you provide accurate shipping information. Otherwise, your package may be returned or we may disregard your request to avoid any inconvenience.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
When making a purchase with a credit card online, all your information is entered into a secure SSL webpage. Your information is then encrypted through SSL and directly transmitted to our credit card provider’s network where your card and transaction will be authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Since our website and services are English-based, all information you enter needs to be in English, including punctuation. If certain letters in your address contain non-English characters, we recommend using similar English letters instead.
Track your order or return an item
Shipping and Returns
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after being placed and shipped on the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
For the United States, your package is estimated to arrive within 6 to 18 business days.
For other countries/regions, it may take 8 to 20 business days for the package to arrive.
You will receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. Alternatively, you can log into your account to monitor the progress of your order.
a. Canceling an unshipped order:
If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact us through our Contact page. To expedite the process, please provide your order number, and we will issue an immediate refund. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
b. Canceling a shipped order:
If you wish to cancel an order after the package has been shipped or is en route to its destination, please contact us first and then refuse to accept the package, as we will not be able to recall it at that time. We will refund your payment after deducting the shipping cost. Once the package starts its return journey, we will issue an immediate refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request, and if approved, provide further instructions. For a list of final sale items, please refer to our return policy. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
We will process your refund within 1-3 business days upon receiving your return package. Once your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Once we have processed the return, we will issue an immediate refund. All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund for a returned item, please take the following steps: contact your bank/credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
