The following is Vogue Origin’s standard return and refund policy, applicable only to products purchased directly from our website, www.vogueorigin.com.
Orders Not Yet Delivered
If your package has not been delivered, please contact us via email at [email protected] to cancel your order and request a refund. Please provide your order number or the email address used during the order placement for us to locate your order.
- Cancellation of Unshipped Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please email us, and we will process an immediate refund. All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please email us, and we will coordinate with the carrier. If the package can be recalled, we will issue a full refund promptly. If the package is already in transit and cannot be recalled, please wait for the package to arrive at your location and refuse acceptance upon delivery. Once the package begins its return journey, we will process an immediate refund, including the remaining amount after deducting the shipping fees.
If your package has been delivered to your address, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange, provided you meet the following requirements. All returns and refunds require a return authorization.
Eligible for Return
- Items received that are damaged, soiled, or defective.
- Items received that do not match the color, size, or other specifications as stated in your order and product description.
- Items received that you dislike or do not meet your expectations but remain unused or unworn.
Not Eligible for Return
- Packages received more than 30 days ago.
- Items not purchased directly from the www.vogueorigin.com website.
- Items intentionally damaged.
- Returned items without the original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, and any other items originally included with the product.
- Regardless of the reason for returning the package, you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
- Please ensure that we receive the returned package within 2 months.
- Upon receiving the package and confirming its condition, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.
- If we receive items that do not meet the return requirements, we will return them to you at your expense.
Regarding Shipping Fees
- If you cancel an order after shipment and the package cannot be recalled, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. For orders eligible for free shipping, the standard shipping fee listed on our website will be deducted.
- If you receive incorrect or damaged products, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue. We aim to meet your expectations and commitments with every purchase. For returns in such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees. If you wish to exchange the item, we will directly send you a replacement in good condition without requiring the return of the original item or charging shipping fees for the new package.
- If the product is in good condition but you simply do not like it and wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Return Authorization Process
- If you wish to request a return, refund, or exchange, please initiate the return or exchange process by emailing [email protected]. The email should include the following information: your order number, reason for return, photos of the received items, description of the desired return or exchange, and any additional relevant information or inquiries.
- Once you have obtained a return authorization, please return the items to the designated address. The returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories. Please provide the tracking number for the return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost return packages.

- Upon receiving your return package, we will arrange for the delivery of a new package or process a refund within 1-3 business days and notify you via email. All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
